.Focus is a basic tenet of photography. It's typically given a definition in photobooks, but not fully explained. The standard definitions of focus are: 1) The position at which rays of light from a lens converge to form a clear and sharply defined image on a focal plane.
Here i tried to take a picture with the background blurred but i didn't focus the lens properly which resulted to the whole picture being blurred.
Since the first try of trying to take a picture in focus didn't work out, i tried again and made sure that i adjusted the lens so that the picture is perfectly in focus with a blurred background. I put up both my pictures because i wanted to show the improvement in my work.
I tried to focus on the ripped green fence and the bars. To do this i went to the object as close as possible and blurred out everyting by putting the camera lens on manual focus and adjusting the lens by turning it as much as i needed.
